We guarantee to deliver our hand blended botanical teas in a timely and professional manner. If there is an error with your order, or a defect with the tea, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will promptly work with you to rectify the error. Returns or exchanges on unused tea accessories are permitted within 30 days. We don’t accept returns or provide refunds on tea however, if you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price excluding original shipping charges. Maat Living is not responsible for the return shipment costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality related issues.  We cannot guarantee you will like the tea, and encourage you to try the smaller quantities before committing to larger amounts.
